I experienced a total lack of commitment, lack of experience and or know how and lack of care. Everyone had an opinion about my computers problem but did not or could not resolve the problem. Will not recommend them nor will I ever use them again.
Just received the below message from Mweb to increase my current service by 20%. Devious way to tell me that if I want to retain my current paid for service, I will have to up my monthly and crash my cash flow just to retain what I had.. I did not know that the war in the Ukraine and the cost of Sunflower oil had such an impact on their product. The greed factor seems to have gotten hold of them as well. SA's are being squeezed to the limit and maybe voting with my feet is the only option. Hi, With the launch of new Openserve line speed products and to keep your monthly costs constant, we will be moving your current 25/25Mbps Uncapped Fibre product to an Uncapped 25/10Mbps product. Your new product details are as follows: Account number: 8#####8 New product: Uncapped 25/10Mbps Fibre Lite - Openserve Price pm: R499 This change will be effective by 1 June 2022.
The dangers of having/running a monopoly is clearly reflected in the poor admin of Lexis Nexis. I have noticed the number of complaints on the Hello Peter site and support their (LN) total lack of ability to just distribute what others write/prepare. No communication as to why they don't keep to their mandate. This is a good example of why mission and vision statements means absolutely nothing. Why not just say that our mission is to frustrate the living daylights out of our clients/customers/users and so be it. Expect nothing and then if you get something you should be thankful. Sounds more and more like the way SOE's are run in SA. The example set by government is what businesses are following.
Did not have what we were looking for - went out of his way to find it, get it and phone us. That is service - thanks
Great experience - before, the inventory setup, the actual visit by the company representative and the actual move. Thank you!! The team that assisted us with the move is highly recommendable.
