All I can say is my 1st order but just received the worst experience ever, I ordered a wig two weeks ago and I call in to do a follow up all they tell me your order is been processed, like really does it really take that long to process an order from 8dec 2025 till now nothing, just processing. From that experience I don't think I will ever order anything from them ever in this lifetime.
What can i say my first experience with kingprice jst went south.i recently claimed for my bmw 1 series, which was hit by a taxi driver while stationary, put in a claim with kingprice to my suprise all stated well. The administrator kept me on the loop about everything when it all started and even the assessor told me that the damages are higher that the retail value so his writting off the car ,few weeks soon after they started with their investigations, I was the one who had to call asking for feedback because they where not keeping me updated regarding the claim, and at the end I was told my claim was rejected and I have to fix my car myself because I did not disclose anything regarding my previous insurance, but whats the reason having a comprehensive cover if later when your in need of the policy to cover your claim, they comeback and treat you like a stranger and not willing to assist you with anything...kingprice is a **** and they don't care about their clients at all.
