My team and I went to fun valley today. We found the place not having any water in the pools, we asked to speak to the manager however we got a round around. They charged us R100 however we did not even have anything to do. This is kak customer service
I bought shoes on March 12 and paid R324 (Order number #905) and another pair on April 2nd and paid R430 (order number #1152 and paid extra R50 for fast delivery ) I still haven’t received my shoes. I have made all kinds of communication through emails,Instagram and WhatsApp and all the time I have been ignored. I posted a review and it was deleted.
