Hi, So my husband and I visited fun valley pleasure resort for the weekend.the first redflag should have been when we called the number on their website and we were blatantly ignored upon wanting to enquire. Secondly when we arrived at the resorts entrance we were met by a gentleman and lady (the lady whom we later found out is the manger)i asked why nobody answers the phone when we call or send messages and both of them laughed it off as if I was not serious. We then got to our room,and the toilet seat is broken! We then decide to head out to the swimming pools,and ALL the pools at the resort is GREEN and slimy inside,as though it was a toilet! My kids literally counted 3 frogs in one pool! The paint in the pool is rusted and the water was been filled until midnight in the private pools area,beside there been little to no water the whole day,that pool too was slippery and slimy inside We decide to just sit outside the pool and braai,to our surprise, the workers there decide to cut the grass and leave the grass bundles and cuting tools everywhere before leaving!these same workers decided to slaughter an animal head right next to us and left the table used to cut their meat on filthy and full of animal blood!!! So now not only are we surrounded by loose grass laying around but also a bus full of flies around our food !! When i enquired from Emmanuel(the supervisor)who works there,he assured me he will sorted out our queries but never did!! When we got back to our room,the cupboard doors were falling off and there was an old bath filled with dirt and old used alcohol bottles standing right next to our chalet When my husband decided to take a bath,the water didn't want to drain out from the bath after he's bath!!!!! We took pictures of EVERYTHING as our proof. By the way You guys are Pathetic for taking our money upon arrival knowing very well what condition the place was in that weekend, and nobody even had the audacity to refund us atleast a portion of our hard earned money that u thru down ur drains!! . DISGUSTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! And I'll be sure NEVER to return there again and also to make sure ppl know what is happening there

I BOOKED IN THIS FOR ME 6 GUYS , THE HEATER DOESNT WORK , NO PROPER CUTLERY, BATHTUB DIRTY , TV DOES NOT EVEN WORK , WOKE UP SATURDAY MORNING IN TEMPERATURE 2 DEGREES TO HAVE A BATH NO HOT WATER PAID R1550 FOR 6 SLEEP FOR 1 NIGHT , PATHETIC ACCOMODATION, NOT RECCOMMENDED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WASTE OF MONEY!

My team and I went to fun valley today. We found the place not having any water in the pools, we asked to speak to the manager however we got a round around. They charged us R100 however we did not even have anything to do. This is kak customer service

Very bad experience... We paid full entrance price but only to get there, the pools are dry, no water, slides not operational... So disappointing! I wish for a damn refund... We were so bored! I don't see why they even opened if those greatest features of it are not working, we are on level 1 now jeeerrr! I had emailed during the week prior to us coming and asked if they were open and everything was operating, it was all yesses until we got there to dry land! We are a big family paid more than R1500 For NOTHING! WE COULD'VE WENT ELSEWHERE TO SWIM.

I went there on the 5 November 2020. I was very disappointed, the toilets are dirty and some were not working. With the Corona virus they should have sanitizers and other things to keep the virus from spreading.

i have been trying to get funvalley to refund me for the past 3 days know and still did not respond to when i will be getting my money back and im talking about 3300 they wanted proof of payment i have send it to then i dont know how many times still no responds is need my money in my account asap. This is not money i owe funvalley

I have been calling / sending whatsapp to Fun Valley since Oct 17 and have been told that they work on a 1st come 1st serve pay on arrival. Today when I call in just to confirm I'm being told that they are fully book. What kind of lies are you selling to us. Regards

<p>I went to fun Valley near nancefeild for day out with friends so we booked for a place where we can sleep for the night as it was late to go home,we paid a total of R490 we didn't have a problem in paying the amount,the place was clean and neat,but when it became night time it was to hot in the rooms the air conditions were not working very well and they were mosquitoes in the room knowing dat they know they are near water the should provide the room with dooms and let the staff have manners as they just open doors they do not work,they have lost a good customer by their works.</p>
