I had sent documents needed inorder to get my refund from unisa and it took a month for them to respond requesting proof of payment, i went to the police station to an avidafit that i can not recover 2022 statement as it was when i payed for fees that was in April till today no respond from them. I am very heart broken and irrate with the service level I got from mobicred, knowing they have an sla of 7 working days and have sent a request to them past 3weeks to finance but never got any acknowledgement neither someone calling back, the finance department is so power to the fact that they need to start hiring people that know their job because they are failing, if u want to be transferred to the depart its a huge sorry, SPOKE TO A GUY CALLED BRANDON REGARDING DOIND ADVANCE PAYMENTS ON MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN I CHECK MY STATEMENTS I DO MOT SEE ALL THE 5 ADVANCE, I HAVE SENT EVEN PROOF OF PAYMENTS OF THE INCORRECT ACCOUNT I HAVE DEPOISTING ADVANCE PAYMENTS TOO, ACTION THE REQUEST BEFORE I TAKE THE MATTER TO THE OBUSTMAN BECAUSE REALLY YOUR SERVICE IS POOR. I WON'T RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO SIGN UP FOR THE COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET, RATHER SELECT ANOTHER OPTION FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.
I am really shattered and disappointed and hurt as a customer of Hyundai, I regret doing a purchase with them and I do not ever think IL b doing any upgrades with them. 1stly when I took my car for 75, I did tell them that they is a funny sound when I start the vehicle and they told me they is the problem the car has been dianosised, okay I let that go took the car with the funny noise thinking all will b well. I took my car yet again it was 8 April 2022 as it was booked for that funny sound again and it almost took a week my car sitting the and told me the car has been fixed and the only things that where replaced was the clutch and switch and still both engineer's heared the sound yet again, mind you my car is still under warranty but no seems to b taking responsibility to fix the sound in my car, I believe Hyundai is waiting the warranty to way off so they can change the part and expect me to take money from my own pocket and pay them,. Kimi the consultant was disrespectful and just quick to dismiss me and has never called again seens they told me of the parts they have replaced I should test the car bt still my car is having issues, I will fight till my last breathe until my car is being fixed my Hyundai my car is still under warranty and I do not expect to be taken pillar to post regarding the matter I believe they is something that needs to b replaced and it's going to cost the business alot if money Dats y my car is not being fixed, I think it's best to take the car whr the sale to place cos I thought the Glen was one of the best with service but not anymore with clients and I do not expect the kimi women to call the phone because she is rude and has no manners. I WANT MY CAR TO BE FIXED OR REPLACE MY CAR. I have spent more Dan enough with taxify rides.
Good day I am a really unhappy with the manager at the shop called Maria, I was a paying customer and noticed the disrespect and how she treats her employees, clearly states we are putting people on chairs and positions they don't deserve, I'm not sure what one of the employees did bt I believe we all make mistakes bt you do not tell an employee in front of customers and other employees too #fix their life#spoke to other employees and their comments towards their manager is really said, I believe mental health is very important let employees enjoy coming to work each and everday. HR NEEDS TO INTERVENE.
Good day I do not know where to start but rain has been a night mare to my life, and I wish I never even registered for the internet service provider and I believe I am not the only one who is being frauded by rain, I have a package for unlimited for R479 and the debit order goes off on the 1st of every month to my surprise I was debited 958 unexpectly, now I have to wait for the rain to give me back my money within 7 days and I do not have money for food as the wrongly debited me, poor servic from rain but just know u have lost a loyal customer and u are still going to lose more customers because of the fraud that you are doing. Good day the stress momentum has put our family is really depressing, my father a pensioner and never misses a debit order and makes sure that momentum gets their money on time was failed by the insurance company I regret is signing up with such an insurance company. My father got an accident and now momentum is telling my father to pay access while when the insurance was taken we wer told that a pensioner will not be paying any access. It has been full 3weeks waiting for feedback from them nothing, my father needs to go get his car fixed bt no momentum is still awaiting us on the payout, he can't even get medication because the car is broken and we still waiting for the payout for the car to b fixed. I wouldn't advice anyone to take insurance with such a poor service company.

To my surprise I receive an unpaid amount and when I check its car track so I called the finance team to ask for assistance and told me that, they will be someone who will be calling to make an arrangement and no1 called so on Sunday I got a sms of the Banking details and I made an I'mmdaite payment and I have proof of payment but what makes me angry is that they are busy going into my account and trying to debit the money and they are not getting the money because I paid them and they are creating BANK CHARGES FOR ME AND I PAID THEM. I WILL BE GETTING MY STATEMENT AND REQUESTING CAR TRACK TO PAY ALL CHARGES DUE TO ME THAT ARE CAUSED BY THEM. IF NOT WE WILL LET THE LEGAL MEMBERS BE INVOLVED. Good day I beleive now we should be choosing the banks that offer good quality service and good security seens it is december time. Money was deposited in my account on the 27th with R1000 and after min the money was withdrawen in the account and i had the card with me guess my card was coloned and when i called the customer service. They say the investigation should take 48hrs and when i call again after 48hours i am told i should wait for 8days with no message stating how far is the process. I would not advice anyone to open a bank with capetic because it is low cost but security is poor. I want my money back.
I bought a phone with an account at markams and I was helped by a guy called mandla at protea glen mall, and after the purchase of a phone he asked me if I wanted insurance and I said yes and proof of documents was provided to me, I recently lost my phone and great fully knowing that I have an insurance and to my surprise when I went to store telling them that I have lost my phone and I have insurance and they said no I do not have as the insurance hasn't been taking the money from the account, but I showed them proof of agreeing that I have insurance, apparently the guy that was helping me with everything has resigned and I was assisted by a lady called lerato and tried calling the area manager but the manager was not also helping me as the customer so currently I want to take the matter forward to legal or open a case for the negligence of markarms not giving necessary training to their employees.
