Hi, So my husband and I visited fun valley pleasure resort for the weekend.the first redflag should have been when we called the number on their website and we were blatantly ignored upon wanting to enquire. Secondly when we arrived at the resorts entrance we were met by a gentleman and lady (the lady whom we later found out is the manger)i asked why nobody answers the phone when we call or send messages and both of them laughed it off as if I was not serious. We then got to our room,and the toilet seat is broken! We then decide to head out to the swimming pools,and ALL the pools at the resort is GREEN and slimy inside,as though it was a toilet! My kids literally counted 3 frogs in one pool! The paint in the pool is rusted and the water was been filled until midnight in the private pools area,beside there been little to no water the whole day,that pool too was slippery and slimy inside We decide to just sit outside the pool and braai,to our surprise, the workers there decide to cut the grass and leave the grass bundles and cuting tools everywhere before leaving!these same workers decided to slaughter an animal head right next to us and left the table used to cut their meat on filthy and full of animal blood!!! So now not only are we surrounded by loose grass laying around but also a bus full of flies around our food !! When i enquired from Emmanuel(the supervisor)who works there,he assured me he will sorted out our queries but never did!! When we got back to our room,the cupboard doors were falling off and there was an old bath filled with dirt and old used alcohol bottles standing right next to our chalet When my husband decided to take a bath,the water didn't want to drain out from the bath after he's bath!!!!! We took pictures of EVERYTHING as our proof. By the way You guys are Pathetic for taking our money upon arrival knowing very well what condition the place was in that weekend, and nobody even had the audacity to refund us atleast a portion of our hard earned money that u thru down ur drains!! . DISGUSTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! And I'll be sure NEVER to return there again and also to make sure ppl know what is happening there
I have been trying to buy tickets for the past 3 weeks at the selected outlets and everytime they say computicket is "offline" the ticket prices have been increasing since and the event is this coming weekend but I still don't have my tickets!!!
I called collections customer care on the 23 march 2024 and spoke to Nomfulo, at 8am who was extremely ******** to my query and rude, she kept speaking over me and didn't even listen to my complaint, she ignored all my request that I asked her and dropped the call in my ear, since I had this contract I had never met a consultant at Vodacom who had customer service ethic and empathy and Nomfulo was by far the worse to even go as far as dropping the call while I was speaking to her, i am a previous employee of Vodacom and never was I trained to treat customers with utmost disrespect, so I know that the service u got today is not acceptable!
I ordered the luge smart watch which was in stick at the time of my order a d I received the order yesterday, but the rubber bands were missing, when I call the call center of takealot the agent tells me the item is out of order... I mean this is not a new order so whag does it have to with me that the item is now out of order And I have to pay the full price for missing items You guys lie about what u advertise to ur customers When i ordered this item it was in stock so why didnt I get my full order????
The worst service provider by far!!! With them most untrained call center agents who have no soft skills,not to mention customer service skills Vidocom and it's cell phone insurance Dept double debited my account in the 20th of July and they acknowledged the error but they are shifting blame between vodacom and their insurance Dept which is apperantly finrite and to date I still have to call them for my refund which I didn't get, they said I have to wait 30 days and today Thanda who I spoke to is again telling g me I have to wait another 30 days!!! For money they stole from My Bank account on the 20th of July already Thanda is the agent I spoke to at around 5pm today who was extremely non apologetic and rude because I could hear the attitude in her voice and she even went as far as dropping the call in my ear and kept interrupting me with attitude, not only does she need training but perhaps someone who is looking a job can do it and treat customers better then the way she does her job unprofessionally
I have a had a homechoice account for over 4 years, never missed a payment ever and I always purchase items from them so I would like to think I'm a loyal customer, they have never even given me any form of customer loyalty recognition or voucher for that (but that's besides the point). So they have been debiting me form the same bank account same day every month without difficulty and with that we build a long term relationship and me keeping my credit record clean. So in the month of September they send me an sms to thank me for my payment for September (I get the sms every month a day after my debit order) so I assumed all was good because this sms is fimliar to me Someone calls me just before 6pm in Monday evening (which i find inappropriate to call customers at that time) and ask when can they expect my next payment and I was shocked as to why she would call and immediately ask that questions yet they have all my details and there was never an issue with me paying. So she goes on to say my account in arrears because homechoice had a system issue but my payment was received and reversed on the 8th of October but I never reversed anything and no money is reflected in my bank account and she will let her team leader phone me back because she couldn't answer the questions I had for her(team leader has still not called me) and nobody notified the customers of the apperant "system issue" which is by the way not my problem. A different agent named C.Botha said its because I did not approve Debi check mandate and also I'm not the only customer because they had a system error, so she didn't have her story together clearly and all they are doing is trying to pin this on me as if I am at fault her I spoke to Joshua yesterday who said he has never come across a query like mine before because my account on theirs system shows I have overpaid and That I'm in arrears which is contradicting And now I'm getting calls from the company that I need to make an arrangement because I am in arears, they have just messed up my credit profile which I have been keeping clean for a very long time. It is not my problem that they did not debit my account or call me I due time to alert me of the issue they had on their end, I also have a short term loan with them and that was debited successful on the same day Who asked them not to debit my account, and now I'm in arears because of them and the agent asked me if they can run a double debit this month which I told her is not in my budget I can't afford this due their incompetence They don't treat the customers fairly at all My credit future is now ruined of Homechoice
Pathetic disgusting,unprofessional and a lack of product knowledge or should I say skills and training for their agents,I spoke to over 10 agents form different departments and none of them had customer service skills nor product knowledge,none of them could assist and dropped the calls once I explained my query which clearly shows they had no idea on how to take ownership of the call!! Ok had to call back numerous times to get assistance eventually Vodacom blocked my number as they said I was calling too Many times (obviously I'm a customer who needs help and not getting it) Evantually I speak to a team leader in online sales called Malcolm who made all kinds of promises and never committed to them didn't even call me back as he promised he would.one agent Thabile even went as as far as laughing at me when I vented and said "well there is no one to assist" thats when I questioned what are the agents getting paid for if there no one is there to assist as per Thabile,she even said to me" that's why no one is willing to assist you" so what did she mean by that , this all occured on Saturday 14 August 2021 if u want to get the call recordings, Bronwyn said she was send my details to Malcolm to call me but he's clearly not interested in doing so ...I have also worked for Vodacom customer service before and this by far the worst I've ever seen ,who the hell is getting paid to train agents to give such pathetic customer service and lie to their customers, and also to loose business because I definitely changed my mind to take out a contract with Vodacom ! I am sick to my stomach with the level of service and ppl hired and trusted to do a job they a clearly failing at !!! Kom reg because your competitors are doing better . I have been with Vodacom for donkey years and this is how you treat me ???? Even after I'm still trying to do new business with you, on second thoughts
This was my second time using the service and literally the 2nd horrible experience, I was notified that my item will be delivered on 28th May, nobody arrived and nobody called to communicate why I did nit get my parcel, I queried this but nobody still responded to my queries only after a few days when Ricardo said he will escalate the matter, he then sent me an email that my item will be delivered "without fail" (I qoute) on saturday the courier even sent an sms that my parcel is on its way to date I have still not received my parcel while they have my money for it and I have to sit on the floor in the meantime, nobody was interested in communicating with me unless I send 50 emails a day, all they say is "we will escalate" and then update the system that my parcel is out for delivery just to get me to be quite the day then goes by and still no parcel received, this cycle has been repeating itself for past few days, they don't treat customers fairly and treat other deliveries as more important then some of ours, I honestly don't know if my parcel will ever be delivered or be in good condition EVANTUALLY when they treat it as "importance" because in the mean time my family and I need to sit on the floor while we are being lied to by takealot and also given false hope each day!!
