I bought 1 HD dstv on Friday 29 September 2023,I paid R1000, since Friday ,the installer didn't show up , I bought it at shop 11,Columbine crossing ,Mondeor ,Johannesburg ,contact 011 941 2222. I was helped by Mr Tsepo who told me that on Saturday 2023 -09 - 30 the installer will come but all to find out that Saturday no one show up. My house number is 4542 Vuma street, Orange Farm Ext 2. No one called me,Monday 2023 -10-02 I went back to the branch and I was given number for the installer Mr Eddie ,I was given by Mr Tsepo who alleged that he have been calling me but my number was off,when I asked to see the number phone he type 079 189 4941 instead of 079 189 4641,contact number for the installer is 078 881 0292 and since Monday 2023 -10 -02 I have been commenting with him and he promised me to come on Monday 2023 -10-02 before he knock off but later around 19:00 I called him and he didn't respond, I called again around 20:00 and all I get was I forgot my phone in the car. On Tuesday 2023 - 10 - 03 in the morning around 7:00 I called Mr Eddie to find out what time he will be here and he promised me that between 9:00 and 10:00 he will be by my house installing. Around 12:10 same day Tuesday, I called him again and he told me that his Manager told him that he will call me to arrange time with me hence I have arranged with Mr Eddie. I waited and I called Dstv branch where I bought it and the lady told me that she is doing follow up with Eddie's manager. After few minutes Eddie's Manager called me and she told me that she only knew about everything today after Mr Eddie told her that he didn't install yesterday, Monday 2023 -10-02. This is a serious concern to me as I was willing to get my refund as Dstv have shown me poor service. The installer just came in now Tuesday 2023 -10-03 at 19:00. I have spend too much of my airtime calling Dstv branch and spend my petrol to go to find out what is happening. I think they are not taking me serious as since I sent an email no one bothered to call or reply my email. It's the 3rd month now, we are not getting any EXTRA CARE in EAST JOHANNESBURG. Especially from DISCHEM STORES...TODAY WAS WORSE ALL STORES, BABY STORES, CLICKS, DON'T HAVE ANYTHING BUT newborn and NO2. ONLY... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IT'S A HUGE INCONVENIENCE WHEN ONE HAS BEEN LOYAL TO THE BRAND WITH ALL THE CHILDREN FOR MORE THAN 10YRS...NOW I'M A MOTHER WITH AN 9MONTHS OLD WHO'S SENSITIVE TO HUGGIES GOLD, 3 OTHER WE'LL KNOWN BRANDS... I'M BEYOND FRUSTRATED ALL THESE MONTHS. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!
Very bad experience... We paid full entrance price but only to get there, the pools are dry, no water, slides not operational... So disappointing! I wish for a damn refund... We were so bored! I don't see why they even opened if those greatest features of it are not working, we are on level 1 now jeeerrr! I had emailed during the week prior to us coming and asked if they were open and everything was operating, it was all yesses until we got there to dry land! We are a big family paid more than R1500 For NOTHING! WE COULD'VE WENT ELSEWHERE TO SWIM.
