We always buy the Shortcake nuggles, but every time it's mixed with nuts or the raisin ones. I can understand a once off mix up, but not every time. An unsuspecting person with a nut allergy won't be very happy
I bought their fijnbos cactus jelly... What a bad idea! Gave me a rash, not supposed to if it's natural ingredients. Twice I've bought the blue mascara, 1st one was perfect, second time I bought it it was lumpy and old. The repair cream for hands, makes my hands soooo dry. The "sunblock" skin insurance spf 50 doesn't work. Only product that I really liked was the Illuminations Shimmering Cream. From now on I'd rather buy products from a well known brand/company
Don't know what went wrong at their Brackenfell branch but it's gone from good to bad. In the week they have someone helping to weigh your hot foods, but come weekend no ones in sight. On 22 July I was standing there waiting for someone to assist and a female manager just walked past looking at me not even thinking of giving any assistance. Another customer then said we should help ourselves because no one is around. At the Somerset West and Sandown Rd branches there's always someone assisting at the hot foods.
Very bad customer service. No waiter to assist, after 10 minutes of already sitting at a table a menu was thrown on the table. Very dark and depressing decor. They did not even notice when I walked out and went to the restaurant next door
This little shop in Mostert Street Philadelphia, is a Post Office and grocery store all in one, in this little town. The homemade pies are to die for, it's full of meat and just the right amount of sauce. They sell milk tarts that's a proper milk tart, not like the ones that's sold at retailers. There's always a friendly welcome for old and new faces
People please do not support this company. They ask for an admin fee, which can only be paid inside a bank or atm, no eft because it gets sent back. As soon as you sent them proof of payment, they ask for another amount of money to be paid in, it's a transfer fee they say to release the loan into your bank account. They don't tell you about it in any conversation, only after proof of payment, this part pops up. When you ask them for your deposit back, they say they can't pay it back. This place scams people that already does not have a huge amount of money to pay for unforeseen things that happened. I stepped in that trap, and now I can't get my deposit back after canceling.
