I bought their fijnbos cactus jelly... What a bad idea! Gave me a rash, not supposed to if it's natural ingredients. Twice I've bought the blue mascara, 1st one was perfect, second time I bought it it was lumpy and old. The repair cream for hands, makes my hands soooo dry. The "sunblock" skin insurance spf 50 doesn't work. Only product that I really liked was the Illuminations Shimmering Cream. From now on I'd rather buy products from a well known brand/company

I Truly am very dissapointed in their Cellulite Control and the Fatburner. I combined the 2 for ultimate results...Two Months later, not dropped a gram or a single cm. TRUST me , i eat heathly and enjoy working out.

A great thank you for SH'ZEN's personnel. I'm a new consultant and don't always know where to look for adding products. So after placing my order on Monday 11 April 2022. Ive send an e~mail to support Nikki was so helpful and added my product. Thank you SH'ZEN for a great service.

NATURAL TISSUE OIL BODY BUTTER : - After much hype around this fabulous new body butter that was on promotion, the product ran out. After a fairly long wait, my consultant delivered the product to me in two separate orders, with NO labels on the tubs. If I did not know any better, the container could have been mistaken for foot cream. Yellow / cream coloured contents full of air bubbles. It was an instant turnoff for this not so cheap product, may I add. In the 4 years of being an extremely loyal Sh'Zen client, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of care put into the packaging of this particular product. Obviously the demand outweighed the production capacity and the balance of the orders were churned out in a very "cheap" looking way to meet the demand. The waiting time was also a huge annoyance. Sh'Zen, you need to up your game and realise that an unhappy customer tells many, many people. I would hate to stop using your product range, but try and not cut corners and keep your quality and service standards where they once were. You may own a fair slice of the "cosmetics pie" and assume that things like this are acceptable, however I'm loathed to purchase your "specials" again, in the event that this happens again. I ordered product that were advertised in July,I ordered on the 23rd of July, they were going back and forth about it and eventually I received the below email on the 1st of September. So I order July and in September I get told about the month that is finished...is it end July or August? How long does it take to get these products or are they being imported...Why advertise if you can't deliver?: Hi there Nthabiseng, Thank you for your email. I joined the company in 2019 and I was very excited however my first order burnt my face - I had a severe sensitive or skin allergic reaction to the GREEN products (the green facial products including a burning mud mask)... I took photos and I emailed them, I told my team/upline, I drove to their offices with 4/5 products by accident the 5th product was not in the box. I received no help, treatment or refund. I cannot believe they do not even test their products properly or care when a customer complains. Just because I tried to sell Sh'zen does not make me a "part of your company" - even as staff I am sure if they had a bad reaction they would have gotten a replacement or refund.
