I bought an iron at Pick n pay Hendrina and unfortunately it was faulty...I then went to Pick n pay Alberton city to exchange it or let them book it for repairs...I went to Alberton because I stay closer to it. At Alberton I was told that I must take it to Hendrina...I then reported this issue to pick n pay head office customer care...They said this issue has been escalated to the Pick n pay Alberton city store which will be in contact with me to resolve the matter...And that never happened this issue I raised it around the 15th of November and I am still waiting. How can I be expected to put petrol on my car and pay for toll fees to exchange a faulty iron that Pick n pay sold to me.
They are refusing to give me a paid letter after settling my account...They have been pestering me for a payment now that I have paid they won't give me the latest statement reflecting R0.00 Ref:444670723
I was harassed when I couldn't pay my account because of unemployment...now I have settled my account and I have asked them for a paid up letter and the statement that reflects R0.00...they won't give it to me
I am trying to communicate with Tenacity for more than 3 weeks not...THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS...
I have written many emails to Tenacity about a payment arrangement request that I would like to do and i am simply ignored. Also Tenacity raised my credit limit to beyond my affordability without my consent.
I have requested a price quotation on a prescription since yesterday morning 8 June 2022, I have sent 6 emails and a WhatsApp message....i have called the pharmacy 5 times already and I still don't have what i requested. Don't know what to do anymore, what is difficult in giving someone prices for 4 items that are on a prescription?????
I ordered product that were advertised in July,I ordered on the 23rd of July, they were going back and forth about it and eventually I received the below email on the 1st of September. So I order July and in September I get told about the month that is finished...is it end July or August? hi we paid for a dstv compact package but dstv only activated the family package that we used to have...when we called them today we spoke to Belinda who said that the channels we paid for are still pending and they will play within 24 to 48 hours....but then we paid for usage from yesterday already and it is so unfair...in my opinion this is daylight robbery. Smartcard number 1054239213 this is registered under Siyanda Luthuli From what I know the only holdup for channels to play is a payment so we paid but we are told that channels are pending really multichoice?????
I am receiving calls and statements of someone on my vodacom number. ..Why do we go through a process of Rica if people can use our numbers as they wish.Joseph Chiloane is using my numbers and after informing Vodacom they close tickets of complaints without doing anything. I just received another call now for this being.
I am receiving calls and monthly statements of Joseph Chiloane....i contacted vodacom customer care to check if we are using the same number with Joseph...They checked for me and advised that this Joseph gave my number as another contact. So to have my number removed under this person's profile they need to get authority from him...but now Joseph does not answer his phone when vodacom calls him...The guy who was assisting me advised me to go a vodacom outlet for assistance.I went to alberton vodacom outlet and they still couldn't help me..they also tried calling this Joseph without response. I mean i don't know this person i am using this number what is difficult to delete my number from someone's profile that i don't even know.
