About 2 months ago I bought my 8-year-old son a relay bag for school at the promenade store, for buying him a relay bag was because i told him my son i am tired of buying that breaks quick relay is quality. last night my son showed me the bag is broken a piece of where the zip is connected broke off this is really not on what type of quality is being sold to us as consumers? I paid for quality and expected this bag to keep him at least 2 years or more not two months.

Poor service agents needs to be educated
I called your office this morning the voice prompts advise as follows if you are unable to verify yourself, please hold on for next available agent ...and that's i did the agents say they can't assist the 1st agent decided make as if she getting hold of her team leader making me talking to myself this is a concern that your agents is treating customers likes this that they unable to resolve customer complains..... 2nd one tells me she can't assist me i am not sure why the as your voice promts is saying something else

Poor service
Went to steers in promenade mall there was *** guy assisting at the till i order 2 cones and while he making the cone i ask him why is it so small his response is the ice cream is pap.... he den called sum1 else to make da cone as he was struggeling to get the cone in shape.... Not longer after that my mom told him did he watch how the other girl made the cone and he blunty ignored and gave her look.... The kitchen staff was laughing while this happend ...i told him that he is working with customer and should acknowledge dem and not pull his face ...i.requested to speak to the manager and all of a sudden he or she isn there
