I joined the company in 2019 and I was very excited however my first order burnt my face - I had a severe sensitive or skin allergic reaction to the GREEN products (the green facial products including a burning mud mask)... I took photos and I emailed them, I told my team/upline, I drove to their offices with 4/5 products by accident the 5th product was not in the box. I received no help, treatment or refund. I cannot believe they do not even test their products properly or care when a customer complains. Just because I tried to sell Sh'zen does not make me a "part of your company" - even as staff I am sure if they had a bad reaction they would have gotten a replacement or refund.
