I left my car (polo 1,6) for minor paneleating repairs as I'd been involved in a minor accident, and the day that I fetched it in less than an hours in 30 minutes the oil light comes on and the car starts losing power.... Mind you I. Drove the car to the panelbeaters it had no problems was using it daily.... As soon as I called them and mentioned it to them... They only called and asked if I was OK... But I had to take the car to a mechanic, put parts and fix myself....
Again my account debited, after I had canceled twice. They don't cancel but deduct. It's theft they are looting my savings... Miway are criminals
I had a life policy with miway Life and I canceled the policy on the 1st of July And Then boom today I get a debit order for the policy. I call them, they tell me they can see that the policy was canceled but it actually wasn't and that they will escalate the matter to management who will get back to me in within 2 working days.. It's Friday today.. So I might be getting a call on Tuesday.. Which is 4 Calender days... I Told Themmthat I reversed the debit order as I had canceled and that I hope this does not affect my credit rating as it will show up as a missed payment. Which they answer "they would have reversed my payment" which is unacceptable as I can't be guaranteed that it will be canceled at all? No one is taking responsibility for this but I'm the one who is geing held hostage by a system they designed... It's not what I signed up for.. I'm happy that I left I hope everyone reads this so they know the kind of company Myway life is....
I settled my FNB Revolving loan Account with Connack and Muller & Co on 18 August 2021 i received the settlement letter. It is now 28th October 2021, FNB has not processed any of the documents sent to them that reflect that i have settled this account. On all MY ITC checks it shows that I have not been paying this account. What more must I do?? I have paid the account and want to continue with my life but FNB refuses to update their records to show that I don't owe them for this Account. FNB states that they only received my documents from CONNACK and Muller in mid September...I have been calling Adele from Connack and Muller asking her what is holding up the process and she has been adamant that my documents were sent to FNB in September and were just lying and gathering dust.
i had very good service from Collen from Miway. Good overall in all departments that he assisted me with. he was helpful and very informative
