I wish I could give 0 stars, I am a pensioner just trying to pay my account, but as soon as I call, I get ignored. When I try to email, they just ignore me and charge me to email them. When I try to make an arrangement, they are rude and try to change the subject to when I can pay the full amount. It is very unfair that pensioners are being treated this way.
Yesterday I was at Spec-Savers in Savanah Mall in Polokwane. It was the best service ever. They were so helpfull and also very nice. Thank you very much.
This is the second review I am making. I have 2 accounts at Cell C and all it is is a problem on problem on problem. I made an arrangement to pay my account using EFT before the 7th of every month because I receive an SASSA grant for old age and I only get my money in the new month and now they have given me over to the Credit Bureau. I tried to call but my network has been disconnected and I cannot get through to a consultant. If I can give you all advice, it will be to never use cell c as your network provider. They will always try some way to make money.
The worst experience of my entire life. If I could I would have given them zero stars. The were ****** and very rude. When I wanted to cancel my account there were excuses every time. The stole money from me and told me that that amount was what I owed when I clearly had written proof that it was paid. NEVER use Cell C. They so not care about their customers.
We bought a washing machine from them and it did not word after telling us it worked 100%. We tried to ask for a refund but they shouted and asked us to leave the premises.
