Scammers!!!
This company was recommended by the hotel I was staying at, so I assumed it was reputable, I didn’t read the reviews but I see now that most ppl are complaining about the same thing…… They rob people money and hid behind their “T& C’s” ……. My ailing mother, infant and I were stuck at KS airport, because our flight was delayed due to the weather, which is CLEARLY an act of GOD!!! But I was told we will have to forfeit our money because they aren’t responsible, so basically I got scammed!!! Worst part I requested if they can not then use the same money for a return shuttle from the hotel to the airport when we leave, I was told no! I must rebook another shuttle. Not only was I stuck and the airport, I got scammed of R735.00 !!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, including my worst enemy, I will tell everyone I come across about them.

Shame on VW!!!!
The car broke down on Friday, the 16/04/21 and it was towed to VW Soweto the same night, the following morning, only to be told that the car wouldn’t be looked at until the following Thursday, they wouldn’t even be able to tell us what’s wrong with the car to know if a courtesy car can be arranged or not, we were just left stranded without a car and told to wait until Thursday. This is total unacceptable, you can’t treat a breakdown the same as a service!!!!
