I am a widow and I stay by myself, so when I had a very bad back-injury and I was in terrible pain, I had no choice but to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital. Throughout this bad experience, the call agents at CrisisOnCall were very professional and friendly (I only waited for the ambulance for 5 minutes!) I was assisted at the hospital and the crisis was resolved. Well done - excellent service!
I have purchased a product for R670.00 but when the transaction reflected, they took R3087.00!!! I have spoken to 2 agents and received an email stating that they have "voided" my account, but a week later there is no refund. They just ignore my numerous emails regarding a refund. Is this a scam???
I have ordered and paid in full for a delivery which was incomplete. To get my refund from these people seems impossible, thus the conclusion that these people are stealing money! Three weeks and still no response to my numerous emails and telephone calls. Never order online again from the Liquorshop - please beware.
I have placed an order (LIQ0000036214) which was delivered on 05/12/2021. However, some items were not delivered and were not on the invoice (although I have paid the order in full). Upon querying this matter, I was told that the items omitted were not in stock and I will be refunded, but nobody has even bothered to contact me. This is very disappointing service and I demand that I be contacted immediately regarding this matter!
My house was burglarised in November but the stolen goods have been refunded/replaced by Outsurance. Problem is that the one Lenovo laptop is a complete dud and nothing is working. I have relocated to George and I am struggling now for almost a week just to get in touch with the warehouse where the Lenovo had been sent from. I urgently need this product since I am working from home and I am desperate!
My house had been burglarised on 30/10/2021 and I have successfully submitted my claim on 01/11/2021 - yet more than 2 weeks have gone and still my claim has not been finalised! I am losing my job because of my laptop and other essential items have been stolen, I want my pay-out urgently!
I have ordered and paid for a product from this company and was promised delivery within 7-10 days. Two weeks later, still no delivery despite my numerous follow-ups, telephone calls and emails. I had to cancel my order and now await my refund - heaven knows when THAT will realise! Very disappointing service...
I have ordered "EcoCough" for my very sick Jack Russell - sadly my beloved doggie passed away just hours before the medicine was delivered. Fiona Heldan from Pet Hero immediately sent me an email expressing her condolences and offered to do a full refund. What an amazing gesture - this is a company that cares for pets as well as their owners. Compassionate, efficient and professional. Thank you Fiona and Pet Hero!
I have been trying to log into my account, but I forgot my password. According to the link it will send me an email to reset my password after "a few minutes" - I've been waiting for 2 days now and nothing, not even in my spam-folder. Please I need this report urgently - is there something wrong with your website????
