Outstanding Support from Crisis on Call! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 After a frustrating ordeal with LegalWise, I urgently needed a lawyer and reached out to Crisis on Call. From my first call with Roberta Vermeulen, I was thoroughly impressed. Roberta listened attentively to my problem and immediately searched for lawyers who could assist. She connected me with Chantelle Weichelt, who was incredibly helpful and spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me, ensuring everything was ready and assisting me in drafting legal notices, even after hours. Both Roberta and Chantelle went above and beyond, calling me back several times to check in and offer further assistance. Their dedication and professionalism were exceptional. A big thank you to both these ladies and a well-done to Crisis on Call for their outstanding service. I can and will wholeheartedly recommend Crisis on Call to everyone. Not to mention, my Crisis on Call membership premium is less than LegalWise, who were unwilling to help me. If you have crisesoncall, cancell it immediately!! You are wasting your time and money. They do not give the brilliant service they advertise and pride them on. I got crisesoncall for my parents more than 10years ago and the one time they needed it, crisesoncall contributed to my mothers death. I am disgisted and furious with them that I trusted them in a critical emergency and they did little to help. My parents live on a farm and my mother got a heart attack on 25.08.24 afternoon, while my father rushed her off the farm to the main road I called crisesoncall for an ambulance to meet them somewhere on route to the hospital, the operator told me because they just have an hospital plan they must go to a goverment hospital he will dispatch an ambulance. I had to phone crisesoncall the whole time to ask where is the ambulance, the operator was slow with responce and no care attatude in this situation. Eventually we got an ambulance and the ambulance spoke to me the whole time for information regarding what they need to find my parents, the asked what the cars registration number is but how the hell should I know, that is not something you know off by heart and less in a critical situation, all this information is on the system. How I understand it in a crises crisesoncall takes over all the responsibilities to give information to the ambulance because everything is on the system. My father got my mother to goverment hospital even before an ambulance were dispatched. I phoned their medical aid to ask if they can go to a private hospital, they said yes. Crisesoncall also had this information, why didn't the operator said they can go to the private hospital. So because of that my mother lost crucial time to be attended to because the hospital were busy and waited for a Dr. I arranged myself for my mother to be moved to a private hospital but to was to late she passed away. If the crisesoncall operator did his job as advertised and gave the service your are paying for, he would have said go the a private hospital and and my mother would have got the help se needed to save her life. The operator phoned back about 40min later to ask if we got an ambulance, phathetic!!! I asked him can crisesoncall help us with anything ells regarding getting my mom addmitted, and he just said no. All that he do is phone the ambulance. This is nothing like they advertise, they definately don't got your back in a crises. I am cancelling all policies with them. I will never trust them to help the elderly, children or anybody ells in a crises.

The administration of the information submitted is not properly recorded. If you in an accident and cannot speak for yourself how will crisisoncall assist if they cannot even get the administrative information and finances in order. cancel both policies i have with you immediately refrain from deducting money from my account 1 June 2024 as you already deducted from my account today and that after calling your offices and sending you an email.

Crisis on Call is a ****, I had the misfortune to need their services on 2 occasions, but they were unable to deliver. On 22 October 2022 I needed an ambulance in a life threatening situation- their Call Centre did not even answer the call. On 13 May 2023 we were involved in a crash with out caravan on the N1- they were unable to assist, even though we subscribe to their "Protect me". It is a waste of your money to subscribe to Crisis on Call.

Moipone promised that Shannon would do the payment 2/1/2023. I have spoken to Ninette Truter 3/1/2023 who was most unfriendly and tremendously rude. She was so unhelpful I will never recommend anyone to join Crisis on Call. What a disapointment!!!!

I am absolutely shocked at the service I received. So my father in law is a member and has been for many many years. He was not doing so well financially and I needed to look at his monthly expenses. I called Crisisoncall to see what it was that they where offering ect and decided to keep them as you never know. My father in law got really ill and we recieved a call Later afternoon advising us that they had a bed in hospice for him. We where 2 woman here alone and there was no way possible for us to lift him as he was unable to walk. I called crisisoncall and advised that i need an ambulance to come to his place of residance and fetch him and then take him to hospice. I advised again that he needs to go to hospice in Centurion, I was assured this was not a problem at all and they would send an ambulance. Ambulance took for ever to get to me. Then loaded my father in law (Ambulance staff dragged him by his feet!!!!) Then told me they will not take him to hospice but to the closest goverment hospital. Called crisisoncall asking what on earth was going on and why this was happening and they just said there is nothing they can do! I advised i will pay cash, but just to please help me... I am still wating for a quote to pay them! ABSOLUTLEY PATHETIC. I eventyally asked them to leave and got another service out here within minutes - took payment and my father in law was booked in! Thank-you for stealing my father in laws money

I am absolutely shocked at the service I received. So my father in law is a member and has been for many many years. He was not doing so well financially and I needed to look at his monthly expenses. I called Crisisoncall to see what it was that they where offering ect and decided to keep them as you never know. when ever I have needed these people they have not been there. I am paying money and having to call the and lick them to do their jobs. what a waste of money and a phone call
