For years our favorite go to restaurant for absolutely any special occasions. Birthdays, anniversaries or just a Sunday lunch. When we were headed their way we would phone ahead and they would have my favorite Meze platter ready for me long after it had been taken off the menu and my husband would have the sole piled high with prawns. Even after my husband passed away my sister and I would go there on his birthday and celebrate. The food, management, staff, all were absolutely great. Loved sitting on the veranda and watching all the people go by. Thank you Verdicchio and staff for all the wonderful memories you shared with us.
FOUR01031 - 27 Jan 2022 sold the vehcle covered by Cartrack. I phone them at 15h24 to cancel the tracker unit. I spoke to Tando Ndlovu. I gave her all the info, where the tracker unit can be removed, etc. As my January payment was paid beginning of January 2022 my account was up to date at that time. Tando gave me an amount of R840 as cancellation fee. This is effectively 5 months premium. As my contract would be ending at the end of June I accepted the amount and it was paid . The next morning I also wrote an email to their offices again confirming the cancellation with the proof of payment of the R840. Now Cartrack want another R137 which I flatly refuse to pay. At the time of the cancellation Tando didn't tell me that another amount is still payable. My premiums were paid effectively until the end of the contract date. If I had let it run till then or gave them 30 day notice before June would I still have had to pay a cancellation fee. The answer is no. My opinion of Cartrack is they're are morally and financially corrupt. What they are doing is theft. Now stop putting your call centre employees under verbal abuse. At this point I've basically just screamed and shouted. You don't want me swearing.
Everything went well for 2 years. Then started losing connectivity about month ago. For the last 2 weeks I've been on their site using Vodacom data because if get 10 minutes 3 times a day I'll be lucky. Support is non existant. Mpho was supposed to phone me at 10. It's now nearly 13h00. Of course that didn't stop them putting their debit order through yesterday.
They are excellent. Every long trip I've made they monitored me every hour on the dot. The once I had to call for an emergency I didn't even have their car support but they sent a tow in truck to assist me. Then I also had a medical emergency. Within 10 min the emergency service was on the phone. and withing 30 min my husband was in hospital, they had his whole medical history and 30 min later he was taken for MRI. I received the ambulance bill and forwarded it to COC and they took care of it. Thanks COC - I'll recommend you any day
Great service. Really was very professional. Can't wait to drive my new car
