Bad customer service.
I withdraw funds from a broker, which I normally using Tymebank. But, this time, two of my withdrawals did not reflect in my account. When I called the first time, they said it would take 7-10 days for my funds to clear. I had to call in again when 10 days went by and that did not happen. The consultant said they would call me back the following. And when that did not happen, I called in again-for the third time. They sent me an email saying they would get back to me on the 31/03/2022. I guess you can assume why I wrote this review. Save your time and energy. Do not bank with these ameteurs.

Switch Consumables
They gave me ink cartridges, even when l agreed for toner cartridges . I lodged a complaint with them, but no one took me seriously. They eventually got back to me when they wanted me to pay for their mistake. A man claiming to be the owner threatened me and said he would "break" my neck. He came eventually with an accomplice, held a gun at me and took off with my equipment. Be careful guys
