Harassing Telesales
Very annoying and very unpleasant experience in sales with these people. Once you buy from them, they do not stop harassing you for more sales. After months, I have demanded that they close my account down, and in less than 24 hours, I got incessant calls from them confirming my last order and when will I pay their invoice. I have threatened them with a Harassment charge if they do not leave me alone. Do not do business with them, they are not good business to have a relationship with

They gave me ink cartridges, even when l agreed for toner cartridges . I lodged a complaint with them, but no one took me seriously. They eventually got back to me when they wanted me to pay for their mistake. A man claiming to be the owner threatened me and said he would "break" my neck. He came eventually with an accomplice, held a gun at me and took off with my equipment. Be careful guys

I had what everyone is talking about a nice lady phones sells you 2 cartridges. Then in a month she phones about your back order that is on the way.You cannot return it, it is in their terms & conditions. Do not ever do business with this company they are business and telemarketer sharks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I also see that the company never replies!

Then in a month she phones about your back order that is on the way.You cannot return it, it is in their terms & conditions. Do not ever do business with this company they are business and telemarketer sharks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I also see that the company never replies!

I bought toners from switch consumables but the toners did not fit in my printer. that was my fault due to the fact that i ordered the wrong toners but the exchanged it for me free of charge. so i am looking forward to do business with them in the near future one of the best suppliers

Unethical Sales
Worst company to deal with rude sales people selling a toner to test then sending 3 more toners with out consulting and now they demand a cancellation fee after sending back the toners. Stay away from this company you will loose money and time dealing with them.

Worst of the worst
Worst experience., of charging and not excepting returns. I have a small business and now they are asking me to pay for stuff I do not want or that they can show I ordered. Worst business to deal with.

that day i told that lady i have some who i buy my ink from than she told me they are cheap two cartrights for 1400 yes it cheap i can buy when inv come that is x2 the price nfd than is not even working on my printer so i cancel it they dont want to cancel they are wors cheaters if i have firts go to hello peter than i have know who is the ppl am gonne deal with
