They have been having constant issue with their online platform for months, more than a year. It has varied, but the constant issue is that come month end, and in the first few days of the new month, the online platform appears to crash or lags so much that no work can be entered. Myself and countless others have complained and except for generic answers, no permanent resolution has been reached. The problem persists. And to add to their woeful service, company logo's are no longer automatically printed, you have to download the document and then print to have your logo on (which was not how it was before). Not all e-mails are being sent or received from the Sage Online platform. That is just to name a few. I would consider other options before considering using Sage Online
Very annoying and very unpleasant experience in sales with these people. Once you buy from them, they do not stop harassing you for more sales. After months, I have demanded that they close my account down, and in less than 24 hours, I got incessant calls from them confirming my last order and when will I pay their invoice. I have threatened them with a Harassment charge if they do not leave me alone. Do not do business with them, they are not good business to have a relationship with
1 week later and Sage has not shown any improvement to levels of service that was experienced up to the end of 2019. Sage Online laggs in getting transactions done and saved. And when using the importing of bank statements, it takes me half an hour to delete 10 transactions from 1 single bank account. My Review stays the same. SAGE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

Quite frankly, I am very saddened that after 26 years of being a client to your bank that I do not warrant any feedback, e-mails are over a week later from when I first applied, no telephonic conversations to confirm my application nor replies to my e-mails, however irate I sound in those e-mails, and even failure to answer whatsapp, when clearly the tick is blue, meaning my whatsapp message has been read. I am simply ignored. This review comes on the back of another review that I placed last week Thursday, of which I received nothing but the generic response. And after more than 48 hours since that posting, plus replies to that post, I only received an e-mail today from someone claiming to be from Standard Bank Complaints Centre and requesting me to give some very important details so as to verify myself, even her e-mail looks very dodgy..... Thank you for very much for the lack of enthusiasm for new business from an existing client.
On Saturday, 30 May 2020, went to Key West Branch to apply for a pre-approval for Vehicle Financing. On Monday, had a call that my application has been sent to Tracy for consideration and feedback. It is now Thursday, 04 June 2020, and I have had no further feedback. There is no phone number to contact the branch directly, so tried the customer care line. All I get is 3 different times of being transferred as I am by the wrong section or person, and hanging on the line for over half an hour, being told by the telephonic voice that lines are busy. That is a really messed up way of doing business. Do you want me to get finance from you, do you want my business or must I go somewhere else??????????????????? (This from a client of over 26 years)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have no idea where else to go to complain about this problem that has persisted for over 6 months now. At the beginning it was only once a week. Now it is daily, especially after Wednesday last week, when everyone was back at school and work. In the mornings, for a couple of hours, I literally cannot access, process or do any function on my Sage Accounting Online, due to a continuous lag that happens. It totally messes my day up and forces me to complete wrok that needs to be finished in the morning, only is finished in the afternoon. As of today, I am looking for a software program, away from Sage/Pastel to replace it, and it will not be online platform. Am tired of being at the mercy of companies that will take your money but not provide, in this instance, enough servers to handle the traffic on a permanent basis.
