We Have already paid for the service a month back but no one has pitched to do the service. Our door is not working at all and the fees are astronomical. Each time we ask we get another excuse as to why the person has not pitched yet.
Baie gesukkel met 4 persone. Niemand kom terug totdat ek met Hillary ****ak gemaak het. Sy ondersoek ingestel en binne 3ure teruggekom na my en is probleem uitgesorteer. Dit is diens. Sukkel al van laasweek af ddaarmee by verseker endaar kom sy in prentjie en wat n plesier om mee te werk.
I had what everyone is talking about a nice lady phones sells you 2 cartridges. Then in a month she phones about your back order that is on the way.You cannot return it, it is in their terms & conditions. Do not ever do business with this company they are business and telemarketer sharks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I also see that the company never replies!
My daughter is leasing a property Parkel C2006 in Elarduspark. From the beginnig we had a problem with the flat in a dire state when we had to move in . Yvonne promised pay back on cleaning materials which was not realised. Ananda did not pitch for the checking of the flat with quite a few excuses. The toilet was out of order, this was eventually rectified. The big problem currently is NO ELECTRICITY. My daughter had numerous times requested a bill, which between Yvonne and Karin never reached her as well as no meter was installed which would have been before she moved in, in June. Currently my daughter has no electricity as it was cut off by the municipality. Now the agency by words of Yvonne states that it is th owners fault which didn't sent an account to the agency. I find this laughable, If they could send my daugter incorrect accounts from other properties why couldn't they send her the correct account and who is going to pay the reconnection fee. Yvonne suggested that my daughter stay in a guest house tonight and they would repay her, but how can they suggest to pay for that if they couldn't even pay back the cleaning materials etc. Worst service experienced.
Vodacom repairs said that my samsung s3 mini cannot be fixed as they cant get the correct settings from Samsung. Renaldo at Vodacom Langeberg mall Mossel Bay said that he are waiting for Samsung which does not seem keen to help him. Why is everybody buying Samsung phones if this is the service you get. Shocking.My phone is still under warranty.
My Samsung phone had quite a few problems. I handed it in at Vodacom Mossel Bay Langeberg mall. After 6 days Renaldo phoned me and said the phone not ready yet they are waiting for settings from Samsung. He said I would get sms messages But he will call to confirm. So this morning this is now day 8 I received sms. I phoned the shop asked them to ask him if the phone is ready it is 2 days after he phoned and the lady on the phone unfortunately did not catch her name said yes I can pick it up. This afternoon after waiting the usual more than half an hour Wilmarie helped me. She came back said the phone is not ready. I relayed above story she said Renaldo went to the bathroom and it could take a while will I wait which I confirmed. After this I was totally ignored she worked over me not once acknowledging that I am still waiting, I left the shop after waiting another halfhour went back later what do you know Renaldo is still in the bathroom. This is shocking service. I STILL have no phone and no one contacted me.
Lekkeslaap gives excellent service and is a great addition to the travel industry.
