Capitec Bank YOU ARE A NERVE!! Infact I hope you are not having a good day like us. I am soo frustrated about the Capitec Funeral Policy payout which is being delayed cause of investigations that are done. I really do not understand why another was paid out but this one needs to be investigated. It is soo gruesome having to worry about loosing your loved one and at the same time worry about funds yet you have been constantly paying Capitec bank. The funeral is this week yet you are delaying processing due to your ***********/operational processes. I am so close to writing on Twitter now should you not attend to this matter.
I have recently bought the Black Opal True Perfecting Liquid Foundation and for the 3rd time now the nozzle doesnt seem to work. I end up having to open from the bottom in order to utilise it. It is such a pity that it has been my foundation for years and cannot change it. but its so painfull as well having to endure what Im getting. I have the 3 containers with me still.
Eversince I have logged complaint nothing has been done. I even emailed proof of my credit record and of the paid up letter
Yhuuu I despise the day I took the loan from Capfin. I have settled the loan over a year ago, but it still doesn't reflect on my credit profile. My score has been on the low and continues because it shows I still owe DAMN CAPFIN. ACCOUNT WAS PAID UP FEBRUARY 2023 AND UP UNTIL NOW IT STILL SHOWS THAT I OWE!! PLEASE UPDATE AND MAKE SURE THE DAMAGE YOU DID ON MY ACCOUNT IS RECTIFIED.
I dont understand Capitec Bank sometimes. I spoke to them and explained my situation and now they get to deduct my whole salary. How am I going to survive it is January now and have to send my kids to school. Its soo unfair and I curse the day i entered to your doorstep. You dont value your customers shame and are soo inconsiderate and greedy. You are contributing and promoting bad spending behaviors. How do I tell my kids I dont have money for their lunch and transport?? How do you deduct R10000?? I neeed my money back as I stated that I have just started a new job and unfortunately wont be paid for 2 months.
I am so upset with Capitec right now. They decided on the 15th to deduct all the money in my account after I made arrangements with them to deduct R3000 up until Im sorted as Lockdown has had a bad impact on me. Im left with no food, no transport money and no money for medication and all other things. I thought I was being civil by making arrangements and not run away like most people do. Im so angry right now even my depression is up because of this stupid bank which doesnt go according to arrangements made. I am soo angry. Yesterday I cried the whole day with no food. Im really upset
