The most pathetic service ever. driver contacted me on Friday April 20 to inform ne he was outside my complex. I received no prior call or notice that my order was out for delivery. I was out at the time and asked that he reschedule. He informed me the package would be delivered on Saturday. I received no package just a notification that my order was returned to dispatch. I followed up on Monday and was told by a customer service agent that my order was at dispatch and I should wait for a notification about the status of the order. On Monday night at 11:30pm I received an email stating that my order had been delivered and signed for! On Tuesday morning a call centre agent informed me it was an error, he would contact the warehouse and the status of my order would be updated. When I checked my Shein profile it still showed delivered. I contacted the call centre AGAIN. This time another call centre agent said the driver submitted a picture of the order as delivered, but my issue would be escalated. She informed me to expect a call from Buffalo. No calls were forthcoming. As it stands nobody can provide an answer about where my order is! The status still remains as delivered. I will not rest until I am reimbursed for all the money I have spent. I suspect6my order has been ******.
My husband bought an Old Mutual gap cover, in the belief that we were dealing with a trusted name. I had major surgery in November and a claim was submitted to Insuremed, which administers it. Six months and umpteen emails later our claim has been rejected. We have found Insuremed staff to be rude and unhelpful. We were miisled and will be proceeding to the Ombudsman.
