Shocking after sales service - Unethical behavior!!!
Purchased a vehicle and paid a R5 500 admin fee which they said was ”On The Road fees" which was for the license and registration of the vehicle. When collecting Wian tells us that we need to do the license and registration ourselves as we stay in JHB and they are in PTA so its not possible for them to do the license and registration for us due to the different municipal area. When we asked them to refund us the R5 500 we had just paid for them to do this they promised it would be refunded within 24 hours which was not done - Wian ignores our emails and doesn’t return any of our calls. After months of leaving messages and Auto Xtreme ignoring our emails my Husband left a message under a different name saying he was interested in a car they had for sale and only then they returned his call, When he told them who he was and asked what was happening with our refund Wian Swore at my husband and put down the phone and haven’t been able to get hold of him since. Every time my husband goes there they say he is in a meeting or not in for the day
