George Branch. The vets are absolutely amazing, helpful, understanding and knows how to put you at ease. The front desk staff not so much, always moody, never tries to make conversations and seems cold. I know the job isn't always easy and days can become emotionally taxing, but just that shirt quick smile (you can still see it in the eyes) makes the world of a difference to a stressed out pet mommy. Prices are on the higher end then some other vets but well worth it, the Vets are amazing.
Wish I coukd Give 0 stars, during lockdown I lost my job, notified them that I'm unable to make payment but will pay once I get a job. I requested my account to be frozen, they continued to debit none the less, we were offered various of option as reimbur*****t for paying when we couldn't use the Gym - after most of us agreed that we don't mind paying a quarter of the fee but not the full amount - this wasn't even considered. I was offered membership for a friend, all my friends already had contracts at motion fitness. I ended up canceling my debit order by the bank that is when they started phoning me to tell me its not allowed, when I finally managed to pay I even canceled my subscription, put in a written notice of cancelation and waited for them to give me in writing that my contract was canceled - they then wanted to charge me an extra month, because apparently you have to pay for 13 months not 12 (absolutely bull****) the companies response was we "we are not other gyms, and is allowed to do whatt we please"
Sofar I have had nothing but amazing service. Friendly, understanding and helpfull. Definitely makes my life easy
