When they call, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. They gave me a call saying that they are phoning on behalf of the NCR (National Credit Regulator), and I am on their database because they have detected that I am paying higher interest than normal on my loan account. I knew they were not with NCR because he then asked, "Is that so?". If you have my information via a credit bureau, you'd know and not have to confirm if there are any discrepancies with my account. It is highly disingenuous to lead people to think that you are from the credit authority, trying to help because maybe they got a bad loan deal. Meanwhile, you're trying to enter people into debt review without their consent. These companies are from the belly of hell!
I paid 6 months upfront from 23rd November 2022 & my contract was supposed to run till 23rd May 2023 but after not being at the gym for 2 weeks on the 12th of April 2023 I was met with an A4 page saying that the gym has relocated to the Eerste River branch & the Parow branch would be permanently closed, how do you not notify your clients when making such a decision? Especially when most of us living close to the Parow area are not able to travel to Eerste River to go to the gym.
