Terrible delivery times
Not having good luck with this company. Paid in full for a couch at Menlyn and the staff told us it will be delivered to their store in the coming week. 2 weeks go by and ZERO communication from the staff and when I have to call to follow up they just say they are still waiting for stock. When following up again the staff say there is a delay of 2 weeks. So that will be an entire month without receiving what I paid for. Meanwhile the couch is still being advertised in their New Year promotion catalogue.

Sim swap nightmare
The worst service ever! I know telkom has cheap mobile deals but it's not worth it. My phone got stolen on the 8th of April and still waiting for the Sim swap to actually happen . They keep telling me they are waiting for "back office " to approve. It still isn't sorted.
