I have never experienced such pathetic service from you guys before... I have been calling sunce 8 this morning and the only people i have gotten hold of was th3 call centre ive tried calling the broker that deals with the claim and tried emailing to no avail... Only on my 3rd call for the day i was told that the guy does not work there anymore.. No explanation who is handling his claims nothing! Ive tried to call the manager Sheridan Luckay who i think is not taking my calls on purpose Ive been holding for Dineo Mohloiwa for hours and no response left messages for her to call me back its 13:00 now and not 1 person has gotten back to me i would like you to please investigate this matter.
