I ordered on the 21st of February, it’s the 5th of March and I haven’t received no feedback or update about my order. They ignore me on WhatsApp, their landline doesn’t work. 25th of Feb someone with a **** name Noelan picked up and said they’re sorry about my order but it would be dispatched that day, he said I’d receive an email from courier then he also personally sent an email saying confirming what he was saying on the call, but ofcourse he was lying. He sent the email from his personal name, not even a company signature at the end. 2nd of March I called and they ignored my calls, randomly rep**** saying “WhatsApp how can we help you”, basically as if they’re running a **** of a ****a shop. I sent screenshots of my conversation with “Nolan”, they ignored me, I called and they kept ignoring me till now. I asked that my order be cancelled and they’re still ignoring me. I haven’t received my items, not even an email update.
It's the whole experience for me, their prompt DM responses on Instagram, the after service is amazing. Always kind when you DM them to ask on anything that has to do with the hair you got. I bough the 3 in a pack combo, all the hair lived up to what I expected and what they advertised. I received the hot brush comb gift as they promised. I'm happy and will be buying more, amd like I said it's the after service for me! Most businesses forget about you and don't care once you have received the product so I'm really impressed with Uwinshair.
