Think twice before buying from them—unless you enjoy the thrill of mystery shopping! Their transparency level is about as clear as mud, and the staff act like they're training to join a spy agency. My complaints? Vanished like they were top-secret intel. Customer rights? More like customer lefts—left hanging, left ignored!
I strongly recommend everyone take their business anywhere else. These folks are as dubious as a three-dollar bill and have a PhD in customer manipulation. The moment your hard-earned cash crosses their path, you might as well wave it a heartfelt goodbye. As for their corporate ethics, well, let's just say if you're searching for integrity, you’re in the wrong place. And customer rights? They’ve taken that concept, packed it up, and shipped it to the Bermuda Triangle.
No customer service Unclean units Infestation of rodents in the unit we stayed in We were asked to move to another unit infested with mold. I was told by the staff the Regiional Manager was going to call me until this day he failed to do so. Unfriendly staff. No provision was made for us with a gas stove we had 8 to 12 hours of load shedding. The units in the kitchen were dilapidated and smelled awful. These are just some of the complaints. The list is to long to mention.
