Placed an order #127579667 paid for same day collection and drove 300+km to fetch the order , but on the web it changed to standard collection been calling the branch from 9:30am till 4pm , spoke to four different people they escalated yet no reply as where the order was , had to do the run around finding out where it was and told I still can't collect today , when asked them to deliver to one of my businesses 5km from their warehouse I'm left with no response ....... Really not happy , quick to take money very slow to deliver quality service , felt like I worked for takealot today , please don't purchase from them it's better to go one of the retail stores even though you might pay a bit more
There's an extremely disrespectful piece of **** person that you call an employee named Tinashe muzamhindo Who knows nothing who knows nothing about customer service and telephone ethiquette After explaining to her my problem of I cannot open the document to make a payment and going back and forth she still wants to act like a know it all. You guys are supposed to be punctual and professional, stop hiring people from shebeens And now she has the audacity and raise her voice at me and tell me stay quiet I am speaking! It won't stop here she must be reprimanded and disciplined
#Order 6068 Terrible service, food and communication from this branch Ordered the food at 18:16pm, order was due at 18:56, 40mins is still a bit long but unstandable as their drive through takes 5mins at the window and you're done And I only live 2.4km from the branch (it is their delivery service not Uber eats or MRD) Order only arrives at 19:58, when we call the branch the lady says she will call the driver and call us back in 5min 13mins later we call back and still no feedback Eventually calls back to say the driver left at 18:50 which was 40mins ago, not sure where he is and not contactable (information that does no good) They will make another order and send it "If" another driver comes back. And when asked if there isn't a driver that comes back, she says I don't know. Eventually the driver calls and says his been trying to contact me for awhile A LIE!!! As my phone was in my hand the entire time trying to figure out where the order is. I Get to the driver and ask him to show me his call log and there's only a single call going out to me which was to tell me he is at the gate. Take the food up to eat and the chicken is still uncooked and wrong flavour Which is the last thing anyone wants to see after waiting that long. A total turn off!! You guys really compromised price over quality and service! In the current affairs that's going on, many restaurants would appreciate and be efficient for business But Nandos just don't care. You can do millions of Rands in advertising But word of mouth is the best And you definetly won't be getting a positive one! Do not contact me for feedback to resolve the issue or a refund!! Even if it was free I wouldn't eat at this branch again I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT NANDOS MALL@REDS EVER AGAIN!!
Worst bank in customer service I have an account with absa which has an outstanding balance and has been handed over Called the 3rd party collectors to pay it off, and they say it's no longer with them I need to contact absa Call absa and I'm on hold for 36mins redirected 6 times and no one can assist Finally get through to a consultant and she says there's nothing she can see on her system I need to go to the branch Went to the branch three consultants couldn't assist, instead made me call absa call Centre from there phones. Waited for 28mins on the call listening to their stupid advertising with no assistance until I eventually gave up on holding and dropped the call I was given the number to call in my own time I WANT TO PAY YOU YOUR MONEY!!! and you tell me you can't assist!!! Come on seriously, dumbest excuse I've heard
