Liberty Life requests wife to write Affidavit that husband was not having an affair
Liberty Group SA you have my marriage certificate and his death certificate that say he was married... Now you are asking for a divorce decree, settlement agreement and sworn Affidavit that he was not having an affair all in the same email you confirm having his death certificate which says he was married. Also lost 4 documents sent by myself and resent by my lawyer. Lost twice. This all happened after the internal complaints team contacted me after my last complaint about Liberty Life.

Bay union accusing wife of lying she's married after proof
Accused me of lying I was married etc. and threatened legal action against me for claiming I'm married. Threatened me with a slamder suit and told his colleagues not to tell me anything about policies etc. I sent marriage certificate and death certificate that clearly state late spouse and I were married. No apology from Bay Union.

Lost about 11 items. Owner was so rude when I tried to find out why it was not returned. So basically lost out on thousands of Rands worth of clothes and then no apology just screaming and rudeness from owner who is insisting he returned all.

Liberty life
If half a star was possible I'd give that. Basically thieves. Haven't paid out in 4 months. Asking for documents not needed legally for payout. Unless you can afford an expensive lawyer.. Don't ever use liberty
