I am so appalled as how Mr Price has handled my customer service complaint. I made first contact 22 July via instagram and still don’t have a solution. I bought platform boots from their Sandton Store. My right side boot heel came right off as I was walking down stairs at a restaurant, I hurt my back and am still bruised. At first I thought I’m overweight and it broke (80kgs) but when I looked at the shoe, it does not look like the shoe is secured at all to the heel, just looks like negligence on quality or a cheap supplier. I also was physically hurt so badly but they have No care for their customers!! Despite me explaining my situation in full, no one has called me, the IG response rate is terrible with robotic responses. I’ve missed work and events and still have pain in my pelvis and back. I’m really disappointed, maybe if I was a white South African my case was going to be dealt with urgency and respect it needs.
I paid for a couples retreat treatment for my parents for my Moms birthday and I have not been able to book a treatment date. I call daily and they advise they will call me back but they don't. i spoke to both Bukelwa and Wabo who still haven't called me back. i tried getting hold of the manager but i am not sure if he won't return my call or the reception ladies are not putting through the message. You took my money but have no customer service.
