Very Very Very unreliable and *********** service provider. I have a query and the emails are automated the numbers given 0861 787 377 and whatsapp number +27 60 068 7377 is under maintenance for the past 3 months and the number on the website 011 300 5800 no one answers. Please please stay away from this service provider . Last time l had a fault and it took them 16 days to fix. Just a useless company
I went to Game Store Greenstone Johannesburg in Southafrica and bought my long budgeted 70inch Hisense TV on the 30th of December 2020. 3 months down the line it turned blue and no more pictures just sound . I looked for the receipt and couldn't find it . I went to the shop and they asked me to produce a bank statement and the last 4 digits on my card since l paid it cash. When l arrived at the customer centre counter l was turned away because their system was down. Came back after a day and they took my documents and promised to call me .They called me after 3 days and said that Headoffice was printing the reciepts. I have been more than a week so l decided to do a flowup today only to be told that Game headoffice is very slow and their system is slow and l was advised to contact the headoffice and do the flowup myself. Really l am shocked by the gross incompetence and lack of care from Game. I am really disappointed and l am still stuck with an blue useless TV in my house.I have been assisted by Letty and Portia from customer care with no results.l am frustrated.
