Please DO NOT book with this driving instructor. He cancelled on my cousin multiple times and kept promising her a refund, but still has not refunded her. This is not the first time he’s doing it. Please don’t waste your money
My father has recently just purchased a brand new vehicle from Volkswagen Mossel Bay. a day after receiving the car the handbrake sensor started going crazy, it would start beeping as soon as I drove the car and wouldn't stop until the car stopped driving. It also showed that the stop/start function was faulty, I informed them about this as well. We contacted our sales rep who advised us to take it to the nearest Volkswagen. After taking the car in to be checked, i was told that the sensor would need to be replaced, bare in mind this is a BRAND NEW car, straight out of the box. They informed me that the part would have to be ordered, I had to drive with this annoying sound for another week. It could literally make you go crazy. My father informed our sales rep that he does not want a car that has been worked on by mechanics, because then this wouldn't be a new car, it wouldn't have all its original parts. the value of the car would immediately drop. Our sales rep handed the matter over to Volkswagen South Africa , but we haven't received any form of communication whatsoever and its been no less than two weeks. We've also sent an email to complaints@mfc.co.za and haven't received a response from them either. We understand that this fault lies with the factory, but that is not our problem. We are paying for a brand new car and expected nothing less. Why should we accept a faulty car? We are now being told that the issue is not that serious, there's nothing Volkswagen Mossel Bay can do for us. But they are the ones who handed us this faulty car. big or small, a brand new car shouldn't have any complications, regardless of what it is.
