I was assisted by Annalisha Govindu from the legal department. She is amazing. From the beginning, she explained the whole process with me and would answer my many questions effectively. She would give me updates and continously share any information regarding me query. Until the end, she did a stellar job. We finally reached a point of closing the case successfully. I wouldn't have done it without her. Her patience, too good. An amazing Miway consultant. Thank you so much Annalisha. I appreciate your assistance too much.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Yesterday 25 Feb 23 was a terrible experience. The waiters have favourites and don't cater to everyone needs. Regardless if you you are at Vip or VVip 👎. And then when one goes to the bar there's a long line that took almost 2hours to get served. That also has favourites with security and waiters even when people are standing in that long line. How does such an "award winning" establishment only have one bar and not enough waiters/waitresses. The bar was so such a terrible experience I vowed to never go there again. With the renovations happening hopefully another bar or plans to have other options to serve the patrons are looked it. It's not expected to have such bad experiences in such places. Maybe some of us need to know the people that work at Disoufeng so that the experience can be great. So unfortunate!

Terrible service
Urban grill soweto pimville . A great space to have fun but lacks in customer service satisfaction. Men clean the ladies toilets. Who does that? Spoke to the manager on site Kenny and said that is what they do and cannot do anything about it. Found myself naked around a man In the ladies restroom because it was his duty to do so. I would like to know , is it Ethical to have a male in the ladies⁹ toilet in such an establishment that hosts guest every weekend and have no reason to explain why no females cleaners are cleaning the ladies toilets?? And see nothing wrong with that?? Please explain because Kenny the manager on site couldn't as he was intoxicated himself!!
