I serviced my car and had excellent service. Picked up a problem 3 days later and it was the battery. Wessie of Nissan Centurion phoned me this morning and asked if I am ok and if they can help me. That is good service

I booked my Nissan qashqai for a service at Motus Nissan in Centurion on 24 August 2021. The day before they send me a sms to remember my booking the next day. On my arrival they were waiting for me and took my car immediately to the workshop. The lady in the office were very friendly and she told me everything that I can expect. They send me a sms to tell me the car is in the workshop, later they phoned to tell me the brake pads is not up to standard, and then later send me a sms to say its in the washing bay and they will let me know when to collect it. On collection they explained everything to me what they did. It sounds normal but you cannot ask for a better service. Thank you Motus Nissan Centurion
I Finely received my couch yesterday 3 June 2021. I bought the launch suite on 21 December 2020 and it took them more than 5 months to deliver the suite without cuts. The first set was a second hand one. Never again
I bought the launch suite 21 Decemeber 2021 and still I don't have my couch. They picked up my couch on 24th March with a cut on the arm rest. It is now 10 weeks later and I am still waiting for my couch and I don't hear anything from them. This is rediculous.
I can't understand that they deliver a craft and everest set with a cut in the arm rest and after 8 weeks they come back to me and say it's not the supplier liability and I must pay R1995 to repair.
I bought a leather launch suite on 21 December 2021 at Rochester Park view Pretoria east. Today 12 May 2021 I still don't have my full set. I phoned the head office on 10 May 2021 and they promise me to come back to me the same day and till now no feedback. Very bad and no customer service. They just ignore you.
I bought a lusake cumulus brown leather launch suite from Roghester Parkview shopping centre, Garsfontein, Pretoria on 20 December 2020. They delivered an used set for me full of scratches and cuts. I complained and they delivered a new set for me in March 2021. The same day I showed them that the arm rest of the 3 seater is cut. On 24 March 2021 they coleect it and say it will take 7 days. I phoned them at least once a week and today 4 May 2021 again and every time they have excuses. This is now 6 weeks that I wait for them to fix it. This is very inconvenient without a launch suite that you pay a lot of money. This is very bad service.
