Nissan Motus Centurion is the pits. I towed my car on Monday to their yard with advise of the insurance. You wouldnt believe when I tell you that 48 hrs later, my car is still where i left it, no communication, no accountability. I keep on getting excuses. I wish i had taken my car somewhere else.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: AVOID MOTUS NISSAN CENTURION DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their after-sales support is a complete joke. MIOSA's intervention was equally futile – a pointless exercise that has no recourse with poor case tracking. I purchased a bakkie from them in 2024, and within 48 hours, it was a lemon. Engine issues, battery problems, ignition faults – you name it. I was sent to service centres, with no one willing to take responsibility. The dealership's promises of assistance were empty, and my case eventually went cold. The cherry on top? I had to shell out over R15,000 for repairs. The 3-4 month warranty clause might as well have been written in invisible ink – it offered zero protection. Unless you enjoy throwing your money down a bottomless pit and wasting your time on endless phone calls and unfulfilled promises, STAY AWAY FROM MOTUS NISSAN CENTURION DEALERSHIP. Your wallet (and sanity) will thank you.

I serviced my car and had excellent service. Picked up a problem 3 days later and it was the battery. Wessie of Nissan Centurion phoned me this morning and asked if I am ok and if they can help me. That is good service

I am ****** by Nissan Centurion. I have bought my Nissan Magnite on 31 October 2023 from Nissan Centurion. I had a sound on the left on my car. From what I was hearing it sounded like the wheel bearing or shocks. I took the car to the dealer and they told me that according to their diagnosis the damage was on the right and it was caused by the impact. I told them that the noise is on the left and I was having it before I had the impact. I paid for them to fix the right side. After they fixed the right side they told me that the damage is on the left and is covered on warranty. I was manipulated to pay for the damage that is covered by warranty because their diagnosis was on the wrong side.

So this is the story of the vehicle bought at Nissan Centurion. I Signed the new contract for the car on the 22nd of Nov 2023. Haval H9 In the delay for the vehicle not being ready on that date I only took ownership of the vehicle only on the 29th of November 2023 . The car started making weird with the lights inside the car flashing, and a funny noise in the engine and the tyre pressure was indicated to high, around the week 18nd of January 2024 , since the car is still under factory warranty I booked the car in with Haval Centurion 26th of January 2024. Got the car back and a report stating everything is fine and no errors on the car . 29th Jan 2024 . They Did nothing to the vehicle and said its fine, but the same noise was there and it only gotten worse and the management light went on of the car at this point that I booked on 3rd Feb Saturday my vehicle at Haval Menlyn because my trust have been broken with Centurion , no proper feedback was given the time my car was at Centurion, and the problem only escalated. The noise got to a point that I did not even feel safe in my own car, I called Haval Menlyn, and they came to pick up my vehicle on the 5th of Feb. Johan, the service Manager of Haval Menlyn, called me and informed me that the oil level was extremely low, and they had to top up the oil 3L. Then I Informed Centurion Haval about the problem, and they just said sorry they did nothing in the engine. I need to take it back to the people that serviced it last, well that was Nissan Centurion where I bought the car as well. At this point Clinton the DP of Nissan Centurion arranged with Haval Kempton. They then fetched my vehicle from Haval Menlyn on the 9th of Feb 2024. I received my car back on the 14th of Feb. They noted that I must check the oil for 1000 kilos. The oil level the past 2x times I put petrol in was still good and not low, but the light problem arises again, and the noise in the engine also started again, and it seems that the power is not how it should be. This problem just again started, the oil level are very low( almost empty) month later. I informed Clinton at Nissan Centurion of the problem again, and I also stated this would be the 5th time my vehicle is going in for the same thing between lights/sensors and the engine noise and oil problem. I also informed Clinton that I would like a replacement since I'm paying for a car but only have issues since day one. They keep on refusing to the point that I opened a case at the MIOSA. I gave Haval / Nissan more than enough time and every week there is a problem. The Short of the long is I gave reasonable time for the problem to be solved and its not , they keep on fixing and I'm the one stuck The sad part of this all is I went to this dealership on referral of y Husband. I wish I never did any business with them.

Purchased a vehicle from them July 2023, & in true salesman fashion, Norman Makhoba called me everyday to conclude the process so it could assist with their sales numbers for the month, I obliged. I later learnt of delivery fees payable with or without delivery, "refundable" registration fees & various other extras you aren't informed or asked about. As an unsuspecting client, you'd be roped in unknowingly, as was I, but luckily I asked the right questions. I expressed this to Norman & he promised me a 50% refund on the delivery fee. After getting a crazy interest rate of 14.4% on my finance with Standard Bank, no help there from them, the car did arrive, late, but that wasn't an issue. The vehicle delivery part of the service I was relatively okay with. When it came to registration, the vehicle certs had expired & I had to take care of that. Six months later, I'm trying to get my full registration costs & promised 50% delivery fee refund but I'm being sent from pillar to post & being short-paid, very different to how the relationship began & them having forgotten how helpful my business was to them at some point. I've spoken to the department manager, Fanie Lambracht & the branch manager Clint as well, with no real assistance. I wouldn't recommend you see them as being on your side, it's just business, I guess as is with most businesses & people. Take their words with a pinch of salt, question everything, don't expect any favors. compare your numbers very carefully before purchasing from them, they use a sort of click bait pricing then hide fees elsewhere.

Motus Nissan centurion gave me a bad service. I bought a H1 in October 2023, December 2023 I’ve noticed that the Jack is broken it was the first time wanting to use it. Now they are refusing to change it for me. Sales person that was assisting me is Ishmael.

On the 28/11/2023, I accompanied my father who is a pensioner to service his Nissan X trail at Motus Nissan Centurion. He was assisted by Valencia Mabuye. Apparently there is a discount for pensioners and it was not given to my father for the past 3 years of servicing his car there. I wish this discount can apply to each an every pensioner without excluding other races. Thanks to Ms Valenciah Mabuye for a perfect customer care service.
