Bad service
I bought a fridge on Black Friday, they delivered the fridge that is not working and it has scratches. I tried to log a call with them but it seems like I won’t get help any time soon.

*******ion from Discovery- they have incorrectly bill me wrong and they have admitted that they made a mistake, then they promised to fix it. Since April 2024 now we are in July 2024 problem is not solved.

Bad service
Motus Nissan centurion gave me a bad service. I bought a H1 in October 2023, December 2023 I’ve noticed that the Jack is broken it was the first time wanting to use it. Now they are refusing to change it for me. Sales person that was assisting me is Ishmael.

Unhappy customer I felt so disrespected at Pick’n Pay Brackenhurst Alberton (27 June 2023) by the store manager. I came to do an exchange she was so rude and shouting at me infront of other customers. I would to know if Pick n Pay does not conduct a training on their staff. Thank you.
