Nissan Motus Centurion is the pits. I towed my car on Monday to their yard with advise of the insurance. You wouldnt believe when I tell you that 48 hrs later, my car is still where i left it, no communication, no accountability. I keep on getting excuses. I wish i had taken my car somewhere else.
I have paid my account with the above-written creditor, and now they dont want to refund me the money they debited in my account. I have been calling them since Monday and I get one story after another.
I have been a customer of DSTV since 2014 and I have been paying my subscription as per the invoice sent to me by them. On the 27 of July I was invoiced R 327 and on the 28 I paid it. On the 2nd of August my subscription was suspended and I was told m owing R 146, which I called and asked what is it for and I was told that it was a system's fault as that was actually my discount from them. On the 8th, my services were suspended again and this time the amount is R196 . I am really upset with all this cos , it is causing so much chaos in my house.
Hi I have a complian, i took a contract with Telkom almost two years back, decided that i won't upgrade when the contract expires. To my surprise someone who is definitely not me managed to upgrade the contract with my details tried to call the courier company based in Caps Town but no help. I called Telkom to lodge complian, was told to compile an affidavit and go to the shop, was given this reference number 56692341 56847753. Last week i was debited almost R 850 for a phone i don't have nor use, when i called the accounts department of Telkom i was told that the case is under investigation. I really do not have this money to be donating every month n my credit profile is getting affected.
I have been asking the above stated company to close my account since the 25th of August till to date the account is active and I still need to pay for services I didnt authorise .
