Below is my experience with CellC,diabolical From: Thato Monale <Thato.Monale@supersport.com> Date: Monday, 03 May 2021 at 22:26 To: "custserv@cellc.co.za" <custserv@cellc.co.za> Cc: Carte Blanche <CarteBlanche@multichoice.co.za> Subject: Explanation request:case reference number 1030 403009 Sir/Madam I had a contract with Cell C that went into arrears and got cancelled and the handset was blacklisted, rightfully so. I have since settled the amount owed to Cell C in full in mid-February 2021, provided the paid-up letter and filled in the form at the cell shop at Cresta shopping mall on the 4th of March 2021. I have since been on multiple phone calls to your customer service department only to be sent from pillar to post and the handset is still blacklisted. I have been the Cresta cell c shop twice to follow up, to no avail. I have resigned myself to the fact that the handset will never be removed from the Blacklist and more interested in the treatment I have received. Is this normal? or is this treatment reserved for some people and if that is so, which people are those and which people do you decide to assist. I request a response on how it works and not in the phone anymore. Regards
