I bought a bed which was advertised for Black Friday deals Bazaruto Queen bed with a free 8.2 air fryer and I called the customer service to enquire if they will be delivering both of them and I talked with a lady named Ayanda Myeza who said she knows nothing about the special, which is surprising as she is working at customer care services for Russell’s, and I continued to report it on the Facebook messenger and the person who was assisting me took me back and forth making me a fool, and I told them they must refund me my money because they do false advertising as on their website they stated that Black Friday deals both online and in store. ****ed. I will never set my foot at Russell’s
I bought 2 packs of school trousers online on the 02/01/24 and the online price for each pair of trouser was R349, and to my surprise when they were delivered on the 05/01/24 the price tags on both 2 packs was R319 for each pair, I then felt that I was ****** as the price I paid online was more than the price on the tags sent to me as their price was less, I then emailed Woolworths customer care and they only responded 3 days later and the guy who called me Lorenzo said that there is nothing they can do as it is the warehouse fault for not removing the price tags and he ended the call whilst I was busy explaining to him that I need my money back for the differences for over charging me as it is also not my fault.
I have received a very BAD BAD service, after taking my car for a service and I was given a very pathetic attitude by the lady assisting me, after they made my car not to start as it has locked, she told me to make other arrangements for my daily meets as there is nothing she can do to fix the mistake they made, and refused to call the manager for me as i needed a way forward, and no one even bothered to apologize for the mistake they made, and the lady was approaching white people in a good way but very rude towards blacks, i will never set my foot at Nissan sinoville never ever.
