Webi Imports sold wrong electronic part refusing to exchange or refund.
I am very dissapointed in Chery. I have bought a Chery J5 2008 but cant find a front driver side window. No one in SA can help me of the details i got over internet. Even phoned Chery no one can issist me. This is bezaar how can these cars be in SA if we cant find parts no where. I sold my Corsa to buy this car as it is a very nice car, but ever since i got that car a year ago its problems ontop of problems cant find parts if we do find it we need to order it out of PE, and then also came across ****mers. i allready lost so much having this car it feels like im never going to have a car again. My kar still not driving and i need a car daily and need to rely on others. PLS DONT BUY A CHERY agents cant even help you.
I have a complaint against Citiq Sub meter company, I have noticed my meter has been put on Max tariff rate from 2.5 up to 5.42 kWh which is caused a significant and unfair increase in my electricity cost, my landlord does not even pay that tariff on his municipality box. I believe this tariff classification is incorrect and request that you investigate and correct the issue. According to law you can’t increase my tariff higher as what my landlord’s tariff is. Where his tariff starts 300 units @ 3.4820 / 200 units @ 4.1285 / 203 units @ 4.5732, where my tariff starts from beginning of month @ R5.41 per unit. How is this even possible. This sound ******* tenants are not allowed to pay a higher tariff rate than the landlord. We are 4 units on the property and all 4 has a different tariff rate. How can the tenants be held accountable for extra charges and BTW on the sub meter boxes, as the submeter boxes is need if you have more than one housing on a smallholding. Our landlord must pay the power of the electricity gate because he runs his business form that property and everyone is using the main gate so tenants can’t be billed for that. If this is the case this submeter companies should be cut out and we can rather have municipality boxes in and pay the rate of the municipality. I also think Citiq is not helpful in any way to tenants. Everything you ask them they say I must ask my landlord to contact them. So, to me it feels the Landlord gets the benefits and tenants needs to go with the flow. Why do they have a WhatsApp group?
We Bought x4 JVC Smart 32inc TV in August 2023 and about two weeks ago my tv said that Netflix is not compatible with the tv's. All we do is watch Netflix on them. Now it seems like a wast of money. We bought these TV's at Checkers Baywest PE on special. Now i know why these TV's was on special to get them out before this happens. I cant believe that a smart TV apps can stop working. So please make sure before you buy.
We bought pork meat at Spar Hunter PE on the 19th May 2023 on that sunday when i wanted to make the pork i found a magot in the pork i contact Spar immediately Manager told me that he will have the butchery manager contact me. Butchery manager told me he needs to investigate not sure what he needs to investigate as i send pics and video of the magot crawling on the pork chops. This is not the first time ive bought rotten meat. But what i cant understand meat was packed on the 19th we bought it the 20th. Now im still sitting with contaminated meat in my fridge at least sealed good. We always use spar to do daily shopping but i am very disappointed in the service lately. Going to report this to the health and safety as this is not right we stay out on smallholding and to drive all the way there to bring in meat is nit exceptable.
I am unhappy that my cartrack account has expired the 4th July, after I phoned them they said I need to cancel my account although it expires, which I did but now they still say I own them outstanding balance of R290.00. This morning I got a sms saying I own them R561.58 two months payments after my account was canceled how many times. so I don't know what more to do, I've asked them for a supervisor or manager to phone me. I am not paying for an account that was expired and canceled how many times. looks like someone not doing their job right.
I drove into potholes with my car on the 03/06/2021 and have handed the necessary documents to the emails provided tkeyiki@mandelametro.gov.za / legalrec@mandelametro.gov.za. and every time i ask them how far are they with my claim they say they still need to investigate, it has been 4 months now and my car has very bad damage on the suspension as well as my wheels where the tyer's wears of and they say they cant be hold accountable if my car get more damage cause of the damage already done due to the potholes the road I'm driving. I need this sorted ASAP cause I have no other vehicle to drive with if my car brakes down completely. I need to get my baby to school and I need to get to work. and has no other transport, they still did not fix all the potholes on mission rd and Blommelaan that looks so bad it can cause an accident are they going to buy me a new car if mine gets in an accident due to these potholes.
