Slipped on wet floor with no sign and injured my knee and leg
Good day on the 31 December 2024 at 21:00 I visited your KFC Sunward park branch. I placed my order and paid, then headed for the toilet to wash my hands. While walking I slipped on a very wet floor and injured my knee. The cleaning lady was mopping but put the sign for wet floor in the other side opposite where I was walking. Where I slipped there was no warning or sign. I have experienced excruciating pain on my knee since then I cannot sleep at night, painkillers are not helping. Please assist me with medical attention urgently I have to return back to work and I cannot walk properly or sleep normally. Unfortunately I don’t have medical aid otherwise I would’ve gotten help myself

Unhappy customer
Good day, I’m writing this email with a heavy heart as I just purchased a Ford Fiesta with you and in less than a month the car stuck on the guest, on my way home from work. I have had the car for less than a month and it’s already giving me problems. The insurance company came to tow the car and took it home so you may collect it tomorrow to check what’s wrong with the car. I was informed and charged for a full car service on the car and a new battery, but now the car won’t start. It’s been to AE Workshop twice already I am requesting a different car from the one you sold to me, I’m still within the warranty period and I am not comfortable driving a car that will give me so many problems in the future. The total amount of vehicle was max R146 000 . Kindly assist me with changing the vehicle you have sold to me as I am completely unhappy this is not a well running car Kind regards Naledi 0671765074

SBSA LOAN 2 - FRAUDULENT ENQUIRY
Hi, I just logged into my CLEARSCORE and someone has done an enquiry on my profile without my consent. Enquiry name is SBSA LOAN 2. I do not have an account with Standard Bank and I have not made any loan applications in months. I am baffled because now I see my latest CLEARSCORE report that the enquiry was done on the 14th of January 2022, which has now impacted my profile negatively, and no consent was given, is this even legal. Hi my name is Naledi. I checked my credit score and I see your company stating I owe you R11000???!!! Who are you, and where did you get my details from? I have not registered or joined at any time! Please remove yourselves from my credit score! The contact number you doesnt even work!
