NO SERVICE

Upgraded without my consent.... lost out on ebucks, smartspend, discount
The reference number is: ***NF. On Friday 4 December i was upgraded to a private clients account without consenting or asking for it. That influenced my ebucks November allocation, my smartspend allocations and my ebucks rewards level SEVERLY. After so many promises about rectifying my allocations and level...... it still has not been done...... I am very disappointed..... and had to book my rental car with less discount as I should have got.....1 reply

Upgraded me without my consent
I was upgraded to private clients card on Friday WITHOUT me authorising or asking for it .... I already phoned (held the line 40minutes) and complained here on Friday 4 Dec. FNB "High Priority Complaint ref ***..... It is now Tuesday.... I cancelled the cards.... my autopayment reset.... my ebucks level will be affected as well.... Its now Tuesday morning 9:40. I have received NO call or feedback whatsoever.....1 reply
