I had the worst experience in this store today. I was ignored for 5 minutes and when I enquired if somebody was going to assist I was treated like rubbish.
I have logged various issues due to poor line quality or network down time. In most cases I had to follow up several times. On 7 May 2021 my network was down again. I requested to speak to a manager. I was promised the would call but they did not have the decency to do that. I am currently not even getting 50 % of what I am paying for. I am seriously considering changing isp.
