I am currently renting one of their townhouses in pta east. I was late on my rent by 2 days and Ruin harassed me so much that he was threatening to call my work and sending emails to tribunal landlord complain. They treated me so horribly and inhuman which cause so much stress and anxiety. They lack empathy and understanding when someone is going through a challenge this was my first time missed rent on the 1st and I made payment on the 4th but the amount of phone calls and threats I received from this company was horrible. They so abusive. And send personal information to people at my workplace.
The service was brilliant and clear and friendly
Dikeledi was very polite and friendly. She explained everything to me with patience and kindness. I would prefer her services all the time
I had the worst service at the usave in Nokaneng_Mp where the manager named Thabo offered the worst service by discriminating tax payers where I was waiting on a long que to deposit money by their money makert where certain people (Pakistani’s) were just cutting the line to go make their deposit and their justification was that the Pakistanis pay 10k and we South Africans pay little money. Their service was poor and they hold no regard to their customers!! Please see this massage and help us improve the service in my local areas
