Item ordered delivered as ordered and within scheduled time. Shall most definitely considered Solar Shop with any future solar requirements.
I ordered a custom printed wall clock from Jackie at Little E Hand-Made and I am truly happy with the item. The process from ordering to delivery was very easy and Jackie sent through the artwork with the numbers within a few days for approval. The prices are also very competitive and even with courier costs it was better to support Little E Hand-Made who is situated in Kriel than to support a supplier closer to Pretoria due to the high prices. The item arrived today and it looks amazing and exactly what I wanted. The quality of the item is excellent and great care was taken when wrapping the item for delivery to ensure safe transportation of the item. I am overall very pleased with the service and the end product from Little E Hand-Made and would definitely support this business again.
Lerisha always does your nail art as close to the image you provide as possible, and she takes the best care and attention to detail to ensure you get the best result. If you want a color not readily available to buy, she will mix the colors until she finds a color you are happy with that's as close to what you asked for as possible. I only use Lerisha at Nifty Nails for my nails, and I won't change to another tech.
I went to do an upgrade on my sim with an added phone on 26 July 2021 at the Vodacom 4U store in Kolonnade shopping centre in Pretoria. When I was busy with the upgrade I saw in the Vodacom pamphlet that there is add on accessories which you can add to your contract and I saw the Huawei GT2 Pro watch. I asked the consultant who helped me, Warren, if that specific watch will be able to run Samsung apps and specifically the Samsung Pay app, he then told me that he thinks so, but that he would confirm with another store. He then phoned another store and the lady on the other line said that it would be able to run the apps as long as I install the relevant other apps to run it. Because of this I then decided to take the watch as an add on to my current contract and they ordered the watch. I received the watch and phone on the 28th of July 2021 and immediately when I got home unboxed everything and installed the apps on the watch, but the watch wasn't able to run any of the Samsung apps as promised, I tried everything and watched videos and even consulted Samsung themselves and it was confirmed that the watch isn't able to run any of the Samsung apps. I phoned Vodacom after sales and the lady on the line informed me that for any online purchases I was able to return items within 14 days and for in store purchases I had to return items within 7 days and that the watch will then be removed from my contract and I will not have to pay for the watch. I returned the watch on Sunday 1 August, which was 3 days after I received the item and well within the 7 days return policy. The same consultant, Warren, helped me again and I explained to him that I don't want the watch anymore as the watch can't run any of the apps and specifically can't run the Samsung pay app which I asked in store if it would be able to run and that I only took the watch when they told me that the watch will be able to run the apps. Warren then told me to leave the watch with him and that he would get back to me the next day regarding the return. Warren then phoned me on Tuesday 3 August 2021 and told me that they won't be taking back the watch just because it can't run the apps I require it to. I told him that I refuse to pay for an item which can't do what I requested it to be able to do and that I only took the watch as they said it would be able to run the apps. I phoned Vodacom after sales once again and the lady again confirmed with me that I can return any item I am unsatisfied with within 7 days and that they are required to take back the item without any questions. I told Warren again that after sales informed me that I am well within my rights to return a product within 7 days and he again said he'll get back to me after consulting with his branch manager. Warren never phoned me back so I phoned him today on 5 August 2021 to find out if there is any news regarding my return. He again said that they will not be taking back the watch just because it can't run an app and that he doesn't know what we are going to do. I again told Warren today that I refuse to pay for an item which I only took because they said it would be able to do what I require. I am now on my last day of the 7 days of return, but I've already returned the item on Sunday 1 August 2021 and I am still not getting any help from Vodacom. My account hasn't been paid as I am not paying an account which has an add on accessory which I returned and want taken off my contract. This is the most frustrating and longest issue I've ever had with any company and I was well within my rights and within the return period and I am just not receiving any cooperation in removing the item from my contract.
I returned an item on 28 April 2021 because the item was already used and in very bad condition. I received my so called replacement item today on 10 May 2021, with the worst ever service from Takealot. The used item I received and returned for a replacement was just wrapped up and sent back to me as is, no replacement was done from Takealot, just the exact same item I returned because of defect and damage was returned to me. I have never been as disappointed in a service as I am today.
