They don't value customers when you have submitted a claim. you need to always call them for update, all the time there is a stupid reason such as their consultant who deals with you case who resigned was meant to assign a request to the assessor but did not. They assign you another consultant, again when you call following up, they tell you that consultant resigned too. Palesa Pharoe, team leader of Nombali and Nhlanhla Nkosi, both your workers left Miway but my case was never assigned to anybody else. Legal department also not providing update on my matter. They let you relax and tell you they will deal with the 3rd party but never inform you of the outcome. You are left frustrated alone. Bad experience... Miway is only good in receiving monthly premiums from us. After this case is closed if it will ever be solved, I am cancelling this policy.
Bad customer service... Far poor
